Born in 1960, Vasyl trained as a gas and electric welder and later qualified as a construction technician-technologist at Rivne State Agrarian College. He began his career in 1976 and has led Topaz Ltd since 1992, serving as its director since 1994.

He is the author and visionary of the Recovery Center project in Fedorivka and a four-term member of the Sarny District Council. Since the full-scale invasion, the company under his leadership has helped build defensive and engineering structures and supported vehicle transfers to the Armed Forces through the Dobrota charity.

His honors include the Order of Will and Honor (2025), the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine medal For Assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2023), and a 2025 certificate recognizing his active contribution to regional life.

Born in 1962 into a Christian family whose parents endured religious persecution and exile to Siberia, Mykola has served as pastor of the local church since 2003. He is a father of eleven and grandfather of twenty-one.

Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, he has actively supported service members, displaced families and people affected by the war. After specialized training and examinations at the Zhytomyr Police Academy, he qualified as a chaplain with the Chaplain Patrol of Ukraine’s Western Region.

He continues to provide spiritual care and support for the recovery of service members and their families, and publicly advocates for the center’s mission.

Born in Klesiv in 1980, Serhii completed compulsory service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine from 1998 to 2000. In 2003, he graduated from Rivne Cooperative College with a qualification in accounting.

He was baptized in 2001 and ordained as a minister on 27 January 2008. Since then, he has continued his spiritual ministry and has worked as a registered private entrepreneur since 2014. He is married and has two children.

Serhii is listed in public registry data as the current head of the Klesiv religious community.

Born on 23 December 1987 in Klesiv, Rivne region, Andrii graduated from Klesiv Lyceum with honors in 2005. In 2010, he earned a degree in International Law from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and completed studies at Lviv Theological Seminary as a Christian minister and Bible teacher. In 2023, he earned a master’s degree in Public Management and Administration from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.

From 2010 to 2020, he worked as an entrepreneur in construction materials, logistics, food service, freight transport, metalworking and forged products. From 2011 to 2021, he was a Nova Poshta partner responsible for eighteen postal branches. Since 2021, he has headed the municipal enterprise Property Complex Management of the Rivne Regional Council.

Andrii served as a deputy of the Klesiv Settlement Council from 2010 to 2015 and of the Klesiv amalgamated territorial community from 2015 to 2020. Since 2020, he has been a deputy of the Rivne Regional Council and chairs its standing commission on economic affairs and communal property.

Since 2014, he has volunteered in support of Ukrainian service members, veterans, internally displaced people and others in need. In 2022, he completed chaplaincy education and began serving as a volunteer chaplain of the Ukrainian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith. In 2026, he was elected Senior Chaplain of Rivne region for the Chaplain Patrol civic formation. He has received state and local honors as well as commendations from ten military units and defense forces divisions.

In 2019, he was elected deputy head of the Department of Christian Entrepreneurs of the Ukrainian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith. He speaks Ukrainian, English at an intermediate level and Spanish at an elementary level. He is married to Zhanna, and they are raising two daughters, Bozhena and Dana.
